We minimize the environmental impact of our operations through the optimization of production processes, reduced energy consumption, circular economy practices, and investments in modern technologies.
S - Social responsibility
We carry out educational and infrastructure initiatives that contribute to improving living conditions in the regions where we operate. We support local projects and non-governmental organizations; through the KZN Academy, we provide industry-focused education; we organize regular charitable campaigns and continuously enhance the safety of our employees.
G - Governance
We operate in accordance with transparent principles, ethical standards, and responsible management at every level of the organization. Stable partnerships are the key to our growth.
Employee Development and Safety
From the very beginning, we have felt responsible not only for our products but also for the people who create them. We continuously enhance our employees’ competencies through training in quality management, modern technologies, and production automation. We support their academic development and professional ambitions. We prioritize safety and provide opportunities to participate in occupational health and safety as well as environmental protection training. Our facilities are equipped with defibrillators, and 10 of our employees have completed and regularly renew their certified first aid training.

Supporting Local Communities
We focus on the communities closest to us — from our employees and local neighborhoods to our business partners. We support foundations and organizations that contribute to community development, combat social exclusion, promote equal opportunities, and enhance public safety.
We regularly organize charitable initiatives that encourage the industry to participate in similar activities. Each year, we run the Share the Warmth Christmas campaign, organize a charitable Christmas fair for employees, and support initiatives related to the local development of youth sports.

KZN Bieżanów runs the KZN Academy, an initiative dedicated to education and the development of professional competencies within the railway infrastructure sector. The Academy offers courses and training programs for employees and engineering students, providing opportunities to gain practical knowledge and skills related to the construction and maintenance of railway track infrastructure.
