In 2026, we once again received an EcoVadis assessment, which allows us to evaluate our performance in the areas of sustainability and responsible business practices.
EcoVadis assesses companies across four main areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Participating in the assessment gives us an opportunity to review our existing practices and identify areas for further improvement.
This year’s assessment involved changes to the evaluation process. One of the factors was Poland’s risk profile being changed to “Medium Risk” in January 2026, resulting in a more stringent approach to assessing companies operating in the country. EcoVadis is also continuing to develop its methodology by introducing new questions, indicators and assessment criteria, thereby increasing expectations regarding the scope of actions undertaken, their results and the documentation provided.
We consider the EcoVadis assessment an important benchmark for the continued improvement of our practices. We would like to thank everyone involved in our sustainability and responsible business initiatives. We believe that consistent efforts in these areas are an important part of KZN Bieżanów’s long-term development.
